Overview
On May 4th 2024, in celebration of World Pilates Day, Studio Eight Lisboa and Plenum Studio came together in a special celebration: a free Pilates session open to all, held in Marvila, Lisbon.
Under the warm and professional guidance of instructor Ana, 15 participants embarked on a journey of wellness and self-care. During the session, practitioners explored the holistic benefits of Pilates, ranging from deep muscular strengthening to refining posture and improving flexibility.
